Z report to be develop

DEar ALL ,

I want to develop one report - As After creating process order system automatically check Availability of RAW/SAG materialt . User need same availability check has to be carry out with seperate ztcode So that he can already got an idea that material is available or not .

pl suggest for creating this z report .
