Automatic defect recording

wright me any thing wrong regarding automatic defect recording

1) I create the catalogs ( 2,9,5,E)

2) In MIC i select the check box for defect recording and i enter defect codes for rejection.

3)when ever i enter any out of tolerence system generate automatic defect recording but i am not get in subject coding and description if i want this authomatic any configuration is required kindly guide me
