SAP Support Package Maintenance Schedules not updated for 2017 (Specific software)

Hi

I am busy planning our upgrade cycle(s) for next year (2017) for our various SAP systems (almost finished upgrading our SAP systems to SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SP05 and ERP 6 Ehp 8 this year).

As part of our planning process, we review the following information:

Based on the above information, we then determine the following:

  1. Target versions to upgrade to (New Version or Support Package)
  2. Time frames for the upgrade cycles to minimize disruption to the business and costs.

However reviewing the SAP Support Package Maintenance Schedules (which shows last updated 2016/12/05), for 2017 there are no updates listed for the following software/components:

  • SAP NETWEAVER 7.5
  • SAP NETWEAVER 7.51
  • EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0

Which is the correct communication channel to use to request SAP for an update to the SAP Support Package Schedules?

  • Hi Derek,

    I added "Software Logistics" as an additional secondary tag to your question, as I suspect the SAP folks who monitor that tag may have some input to this, or be able to ping the right folks. You could also submit a Customer Incident requesting that the schedules be updated as another avenue to "encourage" it to happen.

    I have also logged a Customer incident as well requesting for the schedules to be updated.
