Unable to book OT hrs in Cat2 Timesheet

Dear Experts,

I had booked normal hrs in Time sheet by CAT2 and it works fine. But while booking OT hrs against the same employee I am getting error " Please book normal hour time entry for person...XXXX" .

Absence type 0800 is normal and 0801 is for OT hrs.

System is not allowing me to book OT hrs other than normal hours. Kindly let me know am I missing anything in the configuration side?
