EE unemployement tax is not getting calculated

Hello Friends,

I am facing an issue for EE Unemployment Tax Contribution calculation for state Pennsylvania. I maintain

V_T5UTX, V_T5UTI. I used 020- Employee Unemployment Tax. For ER Unemployment Tax Contribution is calculation is perfect. I am not sure what I am missing in configuration for EE Unemployment Tax Contribution. What wage type will get generate for EE Unemployment tax calculation.
