SAP Solution Manager 7.2, Missing "Assign Conditions to Status Values" in Consistency check

SAP Solution Manager 7.2, Missing "Assign Conditions to Status Values" in Consistency check, Please let me know how to add check + Message + Status, This step is in Old version but in 7.2 it is missing. Kindly help
