Error while Posting Sales Order in SBO 9.3 PL08 HF-1

This is something strange I came across, while posting a sales order for Posting Date, Delivery Date, and Document date as : 01/03/19.

system shows an error: for intrastate Union territory transaction you must choose CGST+ UTGST.

Although, the place of supply is Tamil nadu, and location of Warehouse is also Tamil nadu.
