View and refresh rights

Hi,

I'm trying to create an area where temporary reports can be located. To prevent this from becoming a mess, I'd like to restrict the area. (WEBI) Reports are not supposed to be scheduled, but can be viewed and refreshed by the users. I have assigned the view rights to the appropriate group, however with the standard view a user is not permitted to refresh the data. Which rights should I assign to allow this?
