View and refresh rights

Hi,

I'm trying to create an area where temporary reports can be located. To prevent this from becoming a mess, I'd like to restrict the area. (WEBI) Reports are not supposed to be scheduled, but can be viewed and refreshed by the users. I have assigned the view rights to the appropriate group, however with the standard view a user is not permitted to refresh the data. Which rights should I assign to allow this?

Hi Linke,

To refresh a Web Intelligence document based on a universe and a connection, the following rights must be granted:

• Log on to BI launch pad and view this object in the CMC general application right for BI launch pad (Application BI launch pad)
• Log on to Web Intelligence general application right for Web Intelligence (Application Web Intelligence)
• View objects general right and Refresh the report's data specific right for the document (Content Web Intelligence)
• View objects general right for the folder containing the document (Content Folder)
• View objects general right and Data Access specific right for the universe (System Universe)
• View objects general right and Data Access specific right for the connection (System Connection/Relational Connection)

what do you mean by standard view? You are saying user needs to view and refresh, but not schedule.
