Extractor List - With a delta mechanism - refresh BI x time/day ?

Hi Colleagues,

Following LSA architecture concept !

We should be able to partition the data load per region. and upload the data 3 times per day !

Except LIS extractor, I do not see standard extractor providing a delta mechanism which can give the possibility to extract data 3 times per day.

Any clue regarding the possibility to refresh the BI system 3 times per day

Delta mechanism ensures that the extractors capture the changed and new records. And frequency of extraction is completely a customers choice based on the requirements. In your case with LSA concept, you can achieve this very easily. And alot of customers already do it.

You can schedule your data loads from ECC 3 times a day as per the requirement - and this wont be based on region - basically for all the regions. And get that loaded into a DSO which will have all the regoins. Now build new cubes/DSO based on regions and have the region selected as selection in DTP and mark the DTP's as delta and that should take care of delta based on region. And you can have all these processes bundled up in one process chain and schedule it to run 3 times a day.
