SAP WM6.4 compatibility with S4H 1809 ( On prem)

Hi All ,

Does SAP WM 6.4 support S41809. We see a different config panel and capability of using WM in cloud is available . Since we were on premise - some of the existing issues can be seen when loading up the initial sync on agentry client.

Do we need to look out for config .changes in config panel and revisit the settings .

Component changed for S4H 1809 - mobility add on now is S4MERP .

Here is what we get when we sync up on the agentry client .

Any business functions that we need to turn off.

You need to update the Sapjco.jar and .dll ..

Once updated and restarted ,this error would resolve.

I have the same error ( yellow color ) in the same environment ( S4H 1809 ). Did you managed to resolve this with SAP and how?

Hi Sandeep,

Yes, SAP Work Manager 6.4 is supported in S4HANA 1809 release with Mobile Add-on for S/4HANA 100. Mobile Add-On is backward compatible for all versions of Work Manger application. If you are running an Out-of-the-Box WM 6.4 application and seeing tis issue, I recommend opening a BCP incident under component MOB-SYC-SAP-WM and we will verify the issue from product development.
