Sap Analytic Cloud is not connect with sap cloud connector for ECC System

I want to connect ECC System with SAP Analytics Cloud with sap cloud connector.

I Installed SAP Cloud connector in stand alone system and it's connected with ECC system.

But When I want to connect sap cloud connector with SAP Analytics Cloud in data configuration it shows SAP Cloud Agent is not configured properly

The connection is as per below image.
