Routing based on file name in SPA PI

Hello PI experts,

I have a File to File pass through scenario in PI 7. 4 dual stack. The file is picked from the source location and dropped to the target location without any changes in the content. The only requirement from the business is to route the file to different path based on the country code present in the source file name. I have taken a look at blogs "Dynamic file name for pass-through scenario", but could not figure out. I am not very conversant with Java,
