QA495 Error- 01 inspection type

Dear experts, we have taken the stock to unrestricted through 01 insp type.now business want to cancel the gr due to price issue in po. so we reversed the ud, the stock is now in qi stock. while cancelling the migo, getting the error-chane insp stock in qm only. please advise how to rectify the same so that migo cancel will happen without an qm issue. please advise. appreciate prompt response.

If I remember the program only reverses the stock postings and moves it back to QI into the inspection lot. The flag that indicates a UD was done in the QALS table is probably still set. The reversing simply allows the stock postings to be done differently and a new UD done.

Try posting the stock as a return to vendor and assign a UD.

Then I believe your PO will be available to use again and do a new receipt.

Dear Brahmakar, during mbst also getting same error. is there any other solution without implementing sap note? please advise.

Hello,

You need to cancel the material document through MBST.

With MBST material document will be canceled which was created during GR

Please refer SAP note 48815 which could help to resolves such issue.

Execute report ZQEVAC20 to adjust the quality stock between MM and QM
