hi sir ,

i done in OP67 ( GR - control key ) auto GR tick and also assign to CORY ( GR - production scheduling profile )

but when i done confirmation only GI and confirmation done GR not done . explain with total cutomization for this process.

Auto GR is posiible in two ways

1) through production scheduling profile, IF you check the GR in CORY and assign the Production scheduling profile to your material

and then create a process order, & confirm the process order auto GR will work

2) create a control key with auto GR tick OP00, and then assign the control key in master receipe for final operation

create a process order, check the control key with auto gr IS avaialble or not and Do the confirmation in COR6N or in CORK, auto GR will work

For old order, reverse the confirmation and assign the control key for final operation or assign the production scheduling profile in Control tab

and then confirm the order, Auto GR will work

for an operation for which u want to set milestone confirmation, for the ctrl key relevant to the operation, in OP00, set the option 1 in confirmaions.

Is your confiramtion getting saved or not?

If it is saved successfully, Then check in COGI. here the failed goods movements will be seen with the respective errors.

Milestone confirmation can be given Via control key

In control key check for option Confirmation type press F4 you can find Mile stone confirmation

In OP67 , maintain Auto GR tick and milestone confirmation indicator "1" for ur last operation only.

Then do confirmation of last operation.

Dear

1. Use control key PI03 which has tick mark in auto goods receipt. Assign this control key in the last operation only.

If you assign for all the opn, auto GR will not work.

2. In tcode OPKP - Prod scheduling profile, select your shed profile & make tick mark in auto goods receipt.This profile can take from your material master data work scheduling view. Now while the prod order confirm, auto goods mvt will happen.

Make sure that all your preceding operation you have contol key which does not have Auto GR active like PI02/PI01 with Confirmation as Blank like Confirmation possible but not necessary in OPJ8 or you can keep last on as Milestone confirmation .

Dear Manish,

1) Assign Auto GR control key to your operation in recipe same should get copied to process order

2) Auto GR control key should be only assigned to Last operation

3) You must have assigned ( Auto GR control key ) to all operations . this will not work

4) So when you confirm last operation you can see 101 movement type in confirmation goods movement tab
