can not read archived message and can not archive more then 1 message.

Hi All,

I am done with all archiving steps:

Q1) when archive job run's then only one message is archived. I have archived all interfaces in PI.

Q2) Also when I am reading archived message I can not able see archived message.

error message is coming "Could not find message in archive"

I am able to see the archived file in archived directory.

Can any one guide me what could be the issue?

Hi,

Q1) In the Message Overview there is a column indicating the deletion and archiving status. Did you checked that there are other messages that have the "to be archived flag".

As condition you know, that the retention period for the message must be exceeded. Otherwise it won't be archived

Q2) I faced the same issue. Go to Archiving customizing and activate the two archive info structures. They are not active by default and your error probably comes from the inactive structure.
