CRM Interactive Report

Hi,

we have done the interactive report configuration.

when we run RSA3 - /CRMBW/OLTP_ACTIVITY we are hetting 0 records. but actually we are having 3000 records.

how we can solve this issue. kindly help me.

      HI Tirumala,

      The data in CRM system is authorization relevant means if your name is maintained in the Organisation Unit ( T Code PPOMA_CRM) and any data is maintained by you in the CRM system, then only you will be able to see the data in the T Code RSA3. The data created by all employees who are there in the lower level of your level also can be displayed to you in RSA3.
