Only First record is getting failed

HI All,

I am wondering where the issue is :

I have a file with 500 records which got failed.. I took file from importX file which has a file of one record and that is the first record.. remaining records got processed successfully. When I try to import it manually using port it is saying error.. I dont see any issue wiht data...

I used the same 500 records file by shifting the file record to the last... and I see the file got errored (ImortX) and I see only one record in the errored file which is again the first record not the same record which I got errored..

Any idea what the issue is.... Only the first reocrd is getting errored??

I am getting error as below:

Import failed. Partial Set failure with RC error code = <0x84020020> for record number 0 through 0

Import action: None

Source record no: 1

Hi rajeev,

Could you please check the full 500 record file manually and check in the match record section that what actions are setting for all records.

I think there is problem in your file and import server consider the first record something else.

Are you using excel file.

Just check manually and revert back with your results.
