Change management

Dear all

I have a problem related with the change management in the EHS. I have run the job for the change management and iheritance, in CC01 i have created a change number type change master and assigned in the global parameters this change number with a key date. The problem is that i can't run in the extras--> change document log it is not posibel to select, but if i went to the transaction se38 and run the program RSSCD110 i can see that changes are being recorded.

What i am missing here?
