Hi all,
I have created a permit for estimated cost and it has been classified. If the estimated cost is >10000 INR, I need approval to process the order. I have attached the permit to a equipment and checked the Proposal check box. Now if I create an order for that equipment and even if the estimated cost is below 10000 INR it is asking to issue the permit while releasing the order. In the order if I manually check the NR ( Not Relevant) check box it is allowing for releasing the order. Is it possible to check the NR check box automatically if the estimated cost is below 10000 INR.

Babu R
Hi,
If you want the permit to be assigned based on classification then do not also assign to the technical object. If you do that, the permit will always be determined from the equipment. If you find the permit is not assigned based on classification then information in note [331093|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/331093] may help.

Hi Paul
Thankyou very much for your immediate reply. As per the above said note in
SPRO->cross-application components -> class system -> classes -> maintain object types and class types
Automatic Release was checked for type 049. I removed it and saved. Now the problem is solved. Marks assigned.

Babu R
