Initial Review Completion Date in C4C service tickets

Hi,

I want to report on Initial Review Completion date in service tickets to verify when the ticket was set to in process.Which datasource in C4C has this information?

    I have a question,

    # displayed instead of user id in reports. you had similar question earlier. How to solve this issue.

    It generally just means that the field is empty.

    Thanks for your reply.

    But the report we are trying to generate is for existing user logon activities.

    we have configured territory wise data access/business users, is this causing not to show the user id ?

    and when i generated report for myself "user logon activity", it is still displaying #.

    Hi,

    You can use Standard Data Source "TICKET TIME POINTS AND CONTACT PARTY" . It has a field called "Request In Process Date" which has initial review completion Date.

    Hi Subhasish,

    You can also add this field to any report built on the standard Tickets datasource (CRMSRQHB).
