How to create a PR using BAPI_PR_CREATE with FIXKZ = space and ESTKZ = (B, D or U)

Hi I'm Trying to create a STR from BAPI_PR_CREATE But when in give ESTKZ = (B, D or U) then FIXKZ get automatically fixed and if dont give anything to ESTKZ then MD04 it gets Firmed.

It would be good if you can spell out what the Business requirement is, why you were trying with BAPI_PR_CREATE

I need to create a STR from an Inbound FM and the FIXKZ indicator must get fixed if the delivery date is in next one month. While creating STR this is not getting fixed and in eban table the indicator is as expected (even in ME53N ) but when we try to see it in MD04, the program is calling the method "CL_PPH_MDPSX_POSTPROCESSING=>finalize_mdpsx_cds" which is fixing the indicator in the output. this is happening because the ESTKZ is not B, D or U. and when i try to make it B,D or U the BAPI(BAPI_PR_CREATE) is fixing FIXKZ indicator automatically.
