Change Email subject in BRF+

Hi Experts,

I have searched the forum before posting this and didn't find an answer.

We're using BRF+ functionality to trigger emails and now we want to add the Purchasing group field to the email subject line. Can anyone please help me with the detailed steps on how to add the Purchase group to email subject in BRF+?

Hi Sak,

You could use Place holder in subject/content of your email to achieve this.

Simply Add &1 , &2 .... upto &8 place holder in email, click on save.

Once saved, you will have a option to map each place holder to a expression, in the expression you could populate purchasing group or any other field as per your business rerquirement.

Please note that max number of place holder allowed is only 8.
