Idoc Messege type for GR data

Hi ,

I want to send Goods Receipt details to Supplier via Idocs.

What is the messege type that I can use?

Can I use MBGMCR?

I do not want to post GR in SAP.

I want to send GR details to supplier. It is outbound requirement

Hi

Please try to explore the possiblity of triggering outbound IDOC by triggering the PO output once the GR is posted.

Once GR is poseted , it will update the Purchase order history. We can trigger an outbound IDOC with PO/GR details from PO output type based on status updation.

Hello,

MBGMCR is the message type and MBGMCR02 & MBGMCR03 are used to post the GR into SAP.

What about FUNACK Functional Acknowledgement ( STATUS/SYSTAT01). Create an output type and a processing routine (ABAP) that sends back this IDOC back to the vendor. Though if you are doing this wouldn't the vendor be sending you a POD?
