Issue with Sales Order creation in Tcode: VA01

Hello Experts,

I was trying to create sales order using Tcode: VA01 in ECC. When i enter the Sold-to-party and ship-to-party, it throws an error as shown as below:

Roles assigned to the 23 as shown as below:

why it checks Business partner roles for creating sales order..?

How to remove that..?

How to solve this error.?

Any suggestions please...
