schedule auto email -any deviation happen in data

Hi All

we build the one deviation related information webi report . now the user request in the report need to auto email (schedule) like . deviation happens coming 2 or 3 days ,he will get alter auto email with xls file attachment .

so how to setup that in report . please any one help /provide any links
