Dear all,
in the tester's worklist (STWB_WORK), within the status maintenance of a specific testcase, I can create support messages.
These are of the type SLFN (the standard type).
As we intend to implement some changnes to the support message in the service desk, I'd like to have my own support message ZLF1 used instead.
But where can I specifiy this?
I did not find this in the customizing anywhere...
Does anyone know, where to set the transaction type value for support messages out of the test status??
