Service Desk/Work Center: Cut Processor right to own tickets

Hello experts,

I set up a Service Desk using the work center. Now we want to include some external message processors. They are not supposed to read messages not assigned to them or their team.

I took a long look at the processor role and found out, that Text ID (SU15) changes the way the processor sees the work center. The problem: It is only possible to turn message processing on or off.

Does anyone know, how I can change the role? Or is there a better solution?

Thanks for the help,

Michael

SU15 controls the behavior of the work center.

Remove the authorization for "Standard Users" (Key Users), who should only have access to their own messages.
