Throttling and parallel processing in CPI

Hello,

Does CPI support throttling when it comes to the JMS adapter? Also is it possible to switch the JMS adapter to perform message processing one-by-one rather than the parallel process which we have now?

Currently, we implemented a sort-of throttling mechanism using data stores and timed events, but ideally we would like to have just a JMS adapter as it provides more flexibility.
