ICCMP_BTTEXT/TextView text is disappearing

Hi Experts,

After saving the service ticket, entered text is disappearing from the ICCMP_BTTEXT/TextView. Secondly When I shift to any other tab and come back to the Note, it is becoming in display mode. Please help me to resolve this.

Component name: ICCMP_BTTEXT

View name: TextView

Please help me resolving this.
