Payment Medium format DTAUS0 contains blank entries

Hi,

The DME file generated with payment medium format DTAUS0 is incorrect. The generated file has complete entries for Record Levels A (header data) and E (trailer data). However for Record Level C, the data is incomplete - the fields C15-16 and C19-32 are just blank.

My question are:

(1) What is causing this?

(2) What needs to be done to get payment medium DTAUS0 to fill in these fields in the file correctly?
