Survey Builder In Marketing

Hi All,

I have a requirement in my current Project i.e., "To build the Survey" in which the customer submits his feedback. And also, once the customer submits the survey, an activity should be created in the CRM and I need to view the feedback submitted by the customer (Where excatly the values are stored?).

Could anyone help me to maintain the same in the CRM system with all the required steps to maintain the same.

Kindly consider this at the priority basis.

Regards,

Srinath

    Hi Srinath

Following are the steps to collect responses from Customers

    1. Create a Survey in Marketing Application and generate URL for the Survey

    2. Insert the URL into Mail form. This mail form to be sent to Customers through campaign

    3. In Standard we have activity 0000 will be created if any customer responds to the URL inserted in mail form

4 Maintain the setting for Questionnaire determination in spro in Activity settings and please note do not mention the Survey name on this determination.

    5. The responsed survey is attached in assessment block of the activity 0000

    6. If you want to see the responses in collectively you can use the t code crm_survey_suite and click on the Evaluation button by opening your Survey inserted in mailfrom.

    7. For any further detailed report you need to activate the required Infocubes in BI if your system in connected to BI system.

    Hope this will help

    Regards
