After updating the service pack SAP HR 57. I am trying to positng on quality server, but whicl posting error is showing

Error :

Document type is not permitted & message no. HRPFM496

Please guide us.

Hi,

Kindly try the SAP note 1406960.

Please note that if the system does not have component EA-HRGXX, this note cannot be applied . The package EA-HRGXX comes only after applying EA-HR patch 40 and above.

So as an alternative, Use the SAP note 1490716
