Error stack

Hello Gurus,

A delta load for a infoobject attribute failed due to invalid chs. in 2 records. Out of 4000 records only 2 were incorrect.

I could see these 2 records in error stack. So deleted the RED request from infoObject manage (3998) records and I corrected them the 2 records in error stack and executed the Error DTP.

Does the error stack get the remaining 3998 records as well as 2 corrected requests??

How will the delta work the next day?

Because I get the same error for next days load and the error stack with 2 "Corrected records"....

Hi,

1) go to Error PSA EDIT the erroroneous records ans Save it

2) Now execute the error DTP, This will fetch only the 2 records but not the 3998 records

3) Change the QM status to Green for the earlier failed request

Overall you will see two requests, one is the failed reuqest which u have forcefully changed it to green and the other one is Error DTP which will haev only the error records.

repeat the same procedure if persists again.

Error Stack won't get 3998 records , it will load only 2 records generated by new request.

Instead of deleting the request you could make technical status to green and then execute error dtp.

If you have the delta request in PSA then reload again and make the tech. status to green from header tab and correct 2 records in error stack and execute.
