Add Links to Related Activities

Hello Experts,

I need to add 3 new links into the standard iView : Related Activities (com.sap.pct.erp.mss.compensationinfo_relatedactivities)

One of them is a customer web dynpro ABAP and the other two are MSS standard iViews.

I need that the 3 iViews take the PERNR searched by "Employee Search iView".

How can I public this new links and how can I do to get the PERNR?

Please, could you explain me step by step how to do this?
