Mexico SAT E accounting reporting

Dear Team

I am trying to find how SAT for mexico can be uploaded on physical server for Mexico tax authority once its generated from SAP. I understand there is no direct SAP connectivity to transfer file. Kindly share your experience on two points 1) How do we get digital certificate 2) How do we send the file to authority once created in SAP.
