Management view not working


Hello everyone,

We have installed a fresh Access Control system (5.3, SP12) for our client and run a first batch risk analysis over the weekend.

Risk analysis is working fine (because I can run offline risk analysis reports without any problems), but the management view fails to report any meaningful data.

Now I have two questions regarding this:

1) It appears that the client's BASIS guys haven't configured the ITS yet, which is why we are getting broken charts. This should be fixed within the week. I was assuming, however, that the reported figures are independent of the charts and should be accurate, even if the ITS is not working yet. Is that assumption true or false? Is ITS required even for "non-graphical" report data? For example, role analysis (management view) outputs 8509 analyzed roles with 0 violations (This is wrong, as the actual role analysis outputs a high number of violations).

2) The job that has run is only considered role analysis on transaction level for one of the connected systems and only with a restricted set of roles (client's "pilot" department)... Can this cause problems with the management view?
