Split hours in dp91

Hi Experts:

If resource has booked his hours in cat2 as:8,8,8,8,8

when u tarnsfer to WBS u can see in split hours in cji3 report,

but when we are running dp91 it will show as:40hrs

is it possible to see 8hrs/date.....8hrs/date.....8hrs/date.....8hrs/date.....8hrs/date.....8hrs/date.....in inside DP91 screen.

Hi Guru,

I think you have summarized the characteristics in the DIP profile, try to disable that option for the characteristic and execute a fresh cycle.

I am not sure about it but as per the DIP documentation I am suggesting this, revert with your observations.

Also there is a OSS note 301117, where a PDF document is attached in that note on DIP concept in details, please have a look at it.

If you browse under "Create quotations and Project Billing" in IMG you will know where to find all the exits available for RRB, read the IMG document, it explains which exits does which function...then you can decide which will be useful for your purpose.

CJI3 is a line item report and hence shows each transaction item wise

RRB is for billing nthe cummulative - hence standard SAP will total this up based on activity type or cost element - so if you posted hrs 25 in activity type 100 and 15 hrs in activity 200 you can get the split.

You can check exits available for this to bill line items

Hi Guru,

As far as i know DP91 will not show you seperate values for a particuar date. It will show the cumulative value for the relevant WBS.

If anyone has any other suggestion please share.

What do you mean by this. If you have posted as 8 hrs. than in RRB billing transaction it will display how you have posted that way only.
