BI lock server: Server not active or does not exist"

Hi,

We did a BI system copy, after which when we enter tcode RSPLSE message pops up saying " BI lock server: Server' not active or does not exist"

Checked the setting in RSPLSE & the new host is maintained. Please help on what needs to be changed.
