Unable to get the u201CEmployeeu201D Create in BP role.

Dear All,

While creating the Business Partner with the T.Code BP. Unable to get the u201CEmployeeu201D Create in BP role. As the employee is already defined in Business Partner - Define BP Roles. So where to assign this employee role to get in pop of create in BP role while creating BP.

Hi,

Check entry HRALX-HRAC in table T77S0 in SM30.

If the above entry is active it will hide the role employee in tcode: BP.

Thanks for the solution I deactivated the HRALX-HRAC in table T77S0 & the employee is appeared in BP.

We were also facing the same issue. The issue got resolved after deactivating HRALX-HRAC in table T77S0.

These values are fetched from table TB003. Check if the entry for employee exists there.

Hi Amar Nath,

While creating the BP with T.Code BP in Pop up BUP003 Emplyoee not getting reflects. But same is observed in other client.

What is the reason.

Check if the BP Role is 'hidden' at CRM > Cross-Application Components > SAP Business Partner >

Business Partner > Basic Settings >Business Partner Roles >Properties of Business Partner Roles

Hi,

Check the HR Integration settings in CRM and Activate it. Then only you will be able to see the Role BUP003 in the Category PERSON list. I hope this will fix the issue. If not, please let me know for better solution.

Yes. This could be one of the two issues. Either its hidden or its related to HR integration.
