Fields in Trip Schema Not Visible for any trip provision in Tcode FITVFELD

Hi Experts,

When i access Define Schema and Individual Field Control in IMG / Tcode FITVFELD in can see Trip Schemas but under trip schema Fields are not visible i.e Travel Manager, Travel Expense Manager are not visible for all trip provision variant. Have is missed anything. Please guide.

Hi,

This could be a language dependability issue. Did you put description to your trip schema? Can you check also when you double click your trip schema that the "Trip Type" entries are correctly define. Lastly, you might wanna check this

in table V_T706S.

What should i change in T706S table. What should i check to see language dependability. I have not made any change to Standard Trip Schema.

Hi,

The "definition text" for your trip schema. The text for the trip schema is not language dependant. You need to log into language EN, if you want to see the text in EN.

Furthermore, it could be that the trip schema validity date is not correctly save. Can you do the following:

1) go to transaction FITVFELD

2) mark the trip schema

3) save it again.

Do this for other schema as well.

Hi,

I think i misunderstand the issue. You have created one trip schema and you expect this to be available for all trip provision variant? If this is the case, no this is not possible. The trip schema is trip provision variant dependant. For every trip provision variant you use, you need to create a new trip schema.

Hi Raynard,

The trip schema is there, but under trip schema there are no folders i.e Travel Expense Manager and ect folders are not vissible.

Few more question Raynard 1

1) which is the standard workflow that can be used to approve travel expense report i.e client wants when employee enters expense it should go to this supervisor as maintained in OM.

2) While entering the expense can employee have the option of choosing the approver....

Now i know. I think you copy the wrong schema. You have copy the schema PL instead of 01. I would suggest to regenerate your morei to avoid problem. Please use the report RPRMORDE.
