Plant & storage location

when we are having 3 storage locations in 1 plant, In sales order level it shows the 3 storage locations, can we take only one in consideration and others must be in Grey out, or not displayed.

In std, I dont think its possible. Try with maintaining favourites list.

Else go with the enhancement.

if you are talking about this storage location in Delivery ( because in sales order storage location is not determined automatically). then determine only the relevant storage location with the combination of

Storage conditions + Shipping Point+ Delivering Plant.

By this way, you can restrict to determine only relevant storage location in Delivery.

If you are referring in sales order, you have to go with enhancement, no other go

But we can change the storage location in VL01N, both the storage locations are displayed in F4, can we Restrict to one storage location in this field.

As allready said Its not possible in standard, if you want one storage location to be displayed and stock from other storage locations should not use means then you have use Delivery User exit.

Hi,

Yesh,We can restict the storage location at delivery that is in vlo1n.For that you have to do some setting that ,IMG-Logistic excutation-shipping-Determin the picking location.Then you have to do the setting for which pant + storagelocation +storage condtion.Then same storage condtion you have to mentain in material master palnt and storage data.

Then In vlo1n it will show only one storage location with degrade mode.

Even if user tries to change in VL01N, system throws error message as there is no there will not be suitable condition record exist.

In Storage location determination,we maitained "Default Storage location" & Manual storage location will be left blank.

Hence system throws error message.

test as i said in my above post. It will solve your issue. Its standard SAP solution.

Please have a look at this description and help me to figure it out.

Question : I am using a user exit in transaction vl01n ( Create outbound delivery ) for filling default storage location.

I am not able to find the exact user exit , where to implement the code . Main thing is we have fill the plant i.e WERKS based on the shipping point in VL01n automatically. i.e when the delivary is executed we will fill the shipping locaiton , then the plant data has to replicate in the delivary order automatically depends on the shipping point.
