Service Registry - problem with configuration

Hi guys,

first sorry if I'm in wrong forum. I have following problem, and after 2 weeks on google and SDN I have to ask you for some help.

I have found many questions regarding my problem, and 1 was quite near, but in the end I will need some more hints from you.

What is going on:

When I was trying to publish WS from PI7.1 Integration Directory, I have got a mesage that Service Rergistry is not available.

After that I've started to search forums and I've got many links with some solutions.

One of the solution is to use wizard in NWA for Configuring a Central Services Registry. BUt this is only in CE not in PI system. Or I cannot find it. On some thread I have found to make it by hand and I did this.

I have went through this

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/en/45/c1ea61a1194432e10000000a155369/frameset.htm

And the best answer probably I have found is to undeploy and redeploy all parts for UDDI and service registry, because for UDDI server everywhere is written that URL is created automaticaly. But it isnt in my case.

BUT anywhere I cannot find what parts to change.

1. Please can you give me some hints or step-by step help what to "reinstall".

2.

in NWA -> SOA->Technical Conf. ->System Global Settings is Http Proxy Settings.

But my customer has NOT any http proxy server. BUt I cannot leave it empty. If I put nothing into HOST still it puts 80 into port when I click on SAVE.

If I put there <host> or <host.full.name> and port 80 or 50000.

than Service registry raise error that this porxy has refused connection.

Please any advice what I can put inside?

Thank you for any help.

Petr
