SAP Approve PR Fiori attachments

Hi Experts,

In my approve pr app, I can able to see the attachment but when I click on it. I could not see any action on it. That is it doesn't opens, obviously attachments should be visible. As this is a high priority issue please help me in fixing.

Is this behavior happening on a specific device or across all devices you tested? Are you able to successfully open the attachments from the workflows in SAP Inbox (transaction SBWP)?
