SAP Menu button grey on one user id initial screen

Hello,

I am facing an issue with sap menu.

Actually there is one user id in our system where SAP menu button is greyed out.

I am not able to find out the reason. I do not want to change SSM_CUST tabel as it is cross client.

Kindly, help me out.

Logon with same user and follow

From top Menu Extras --> settings --> un tick Do not display menu, only display favorites.

Thank You for the reply.

But this will not resolve my issue. Actually, in login user menu icon is not greyed out and SAP menu icon is greyed out.

When i checked for other users in the system both the icons are active.

Any reason you could suggest???

You can modify the entry in the table AGR_DATEU to display both menus.
