Section 80/80C, Claims contents are not loading on ESS

Hi,

Payroll related services on portal like India Claims (Reimbursements), Section80/80C contents are not loading even after required configuration is done.

For claims Only blank page is loading.

For Section80/80C No contents are loading (only iview loads with Exit button, No standard contents of Sec 80/80C)

our system technical details as follows,
