tax condition record error in FV11

Hi!

When I am trying to maintain tax conditon record in FV11, system is giving error message "Table A 502 not available

Message no. VK016 "

when I gone to log details, system is showing "System error: Report RV13AAAY could not be generated" .

@8O@ Errors 871 System error: Table T681, entry A 502 missing

what could be the reason?
