Hi

you can transfer the factory calendars from ECC to PAO following these steps:

in APO:

Transaction RSA1

Select Source systems>SAP>your R/3 client.

Right click on the client>Select Transfer Global Settings.

Select Factory Calendars

Select Rebuild tables

Than go to S_AP9_75000138 - Maintain Planning Calendar (Time Stream) and create respective Time stream.

Thanks

Hi Rushikesh,

Factory calender changes should be moved to APO from R/3 through program RSIMPCUST as daily job. This program having option to transfer Currency, UOM, factory calender and Fiscal year variant. Then only the any factory calender changes immediately get effected in APO also.

So check the Factory calender in SCAL transaction in APO whether the required period (year) maintained for the storage bucket profile periodl.

Rushikesh,

Calendars are different from time streams.

Calendars can be copied from R/3 to SCM using program RSIMPCUST in the SCM side. Here, the entire factory calendar database is transferred from R/3 to SCM.

Once the factory calendars are synched, you can then create or rebuild a time stream that refers to a factory calendar. Transaction /SAPAPO/CALENDAR.
