Fiori roles and catalogs

Hello,

How should be the roles and catalogs organized in Fiori Launchpad?

Each role should have a different catalog?

For example Everyone and Anonymous roles should have different catalogs ? And each catalog shall contain the appropriate tiles?

I am asking this, because I had an authorization issue when I used the same catalog for the roles mentioned above.
