Crosstab Percentage Formula

I am trying to calculate percentage in a Crosstab. But I am getting wrong results. Here is the desired report results

...........................ACTUAL.......TARGET.....PERCENTAGE

..................................................................................................

-

North East .........100.................80.............25%

South East.........200.................120 ..........67%

West.................200 .................180...........11%

Central.............200...................250.......... -20%

Here is the formula for Percentage. This formula gives wrong results in Crosstabs. But gives correct results if used in a Sub-Report or main report. It has Percentage Difference calculation.

((sum({@Actual},) - sum({@Target},)) / sum({@Target},REGION}))*100

You do not want to put your summary formula in the crosstab.

Crosstbs summaize and that is messing up your percentage.

Put the fields you want to summarize in the cross tab and set the summary to be a percentage.
