Hi,
We are implementing FSCM-COL (SAP Collections) and, one of our Collections Strategies considers a Collection Rule where the
Risk Class is defined. But when we check the worklist (that was generated by transaction code UDM_GENWL) we notice that the risk class was not considered for the prioritization of the itens.
The information in the Business Partner is updated also with the risk class info.
PS: No FSCM-CR (Credit Management) is activated only small configuration was done (creation of risk class for instance or
activation of apllication UKM in object BUPA in table view V_TBZ0A) in order of having the field option of Risk Class in business partner profile.
Do you guys know if anything else is needed to the "Risk Class" could be considered ?
PS: We don´t want to active the FSCM-CR because it will deactivate the FI-AR credit control.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Bruno Sousa
hi ,
Kindly note that the collection rule get the risk class data by integrating the collection segment with credit segment data hence the credit segment also has to be maintained for the business partner

Hi,
This was solved by creating an credit segment and adding it to your collections segment. Afterwards, just need to assign it to our business partner.
It worked and your collection rule will consider the Risk Class without having to activate the Credit Management.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your feedback.
You are correct, we don't want to activate the SAP FSCM-CR. In truth, from that sub-módule we just want the "Risk Class" for having it available in the "Collection Rule" that is associated to our "Collection Strategy" in FSCM-COL.
We actually are putting, manually, the data from Risk Class in the Business Partner master data but still the "Collection Rule" does not consider it...
So, is there any workaround for the "Collection Rule" could consider the "Risk Class" without the FSCM-CR activated ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
We don't wan't to activate the Credit Management so i don't understand why i should have the Credit Management data configured (like the credit segment).
Basically we just want the risk class to be used on our collection rules...and collection strategy...so that is why we done that small configurations to have that option field in the business partner master data.
